We collect the e-mail addresses of emails that you may send to us. We may track trends on pages that are accessed, and information provided by the user such as site registrations. Any information we have is not  shared with or sold to other organizations for any purpose whatsoever. Our aim is only to provide and improve on products or services that may have been suggested or requested by the user.

Information Gathering & Storage

 

When you register for SimpleCRM we request information including your name, company name, and email address. Users are not required to provide a credit card details in order to sign up for a free trial. Users who wish to subscribe after the free 30 day trial period are re-directed to Paypal.com who require your details in order to process payments on behalf of SimpleCRM.

Cookies

 

We make use of cookies to improve the user experience relating to your session login. You may disable the cookies at browser level by de-selecting the  “Remember Me” option. You will then need to sign in each time you access the application.

Data Storage

 

SimpleCRM uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, security, and related technology required to run SimpleCRM. Although SimpleCRM owns the code, databases, and all rights to the SimpleCRM application, you retain all rights to your data whilst your account with us is active. Should you cancel your service, all data stored in relation to your account will be deleted.

Disclosure

 

SimpleCRM may disclose personally identifiable information under legal  circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate our Terms of Service.

Policy updates

 

SimpleCRM may update this policy. We will notify you about important changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your SimpleCRM primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

Cancellations & Refunds

 

SimpleCRM is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service. You are billed monthly for the service. You can cancel the service at any time, without being required to give notice, and with immediate effect, you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred. We do not refund subscriptions that have already been paid to us. The Terms of Service contains additional information relating to cancellations and refunds.
